From 1988 until 2005, he was a full-time designer and custom builder. Since 2005, Joe has been using his passion for building and renovating to help people buy and sell real estate. Many of those folks purchased properties that weren’t quite what they were looking for and turned them into just what they wanted.
His most recent project was a 140-year-old farmhouse in a state of disrepair. His wife’s parents were getting ready to retire and couldn’t wait to move north, away from the city. After renovating the second floor for his immediate family, he removed a small, run-down addition and added an accessory apartment and addition to accommodate them in their own private space.
With decades of experience as an architectural designer, contractor, and carpenter, Joe has worked on projects of every size – from kitchen cabinets to multi-million-dollar homes. He has also built an extensive network in the building industry. Joe would love to share those connections with you so you can get your project off to a great start as soon as you’re ready.
If you go the DIY route instead, Joe can help you envision your dream and find big box stores, small-town hardware shops, and building supply centers to meet your needs.
